I’ve attained a 99th percentile measurement in employee engagement surveys, completed over 100M in construction projects and instigated effective HR and talent management policies, which have substantially decreased employee turnover in a short period of time. I enjoy solving tough hospital management problems and have witnessed the system-wide impact and positive effects of a truly transformational approach first hand.
